Communication and Parental Involvement
We are committed to building a strong partnership with parents. Our Parent’s App provides updates on your child’s attendance and important announcements. Students complete weekly summaries to monitor progress, and a quarterly communication file helps to keep track of all assignments. We encourage regular engagement with teachers and centre managers to foster open communication and collaboration.
Safety and Well-being
At PlayFACTO School, student safety and well-being are our top priorities. We maintain stringent safety protocols, a low student-to-teacher ratio, and conduct daily wellness and temperature checks. Attendance is tracked via our Parent’s App. Our centres are equipped with first-aid trained personnel, indoor air purifiers for optimal air quality, and essential oil scenting for a refreshing environment.
Thematic Holiday Programmes
During school holidays, our students engage in enriching thematic journeys that focus on specific learning areas. This immersive approach allows them to deeply explore subjects of interest through hands-on experiences like gourmet sessions, art and crafts, science experiments, and workshops. Our holiday programme fosters creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and includes exclusive educational tours and activities with leading organisations. Our goal is for students to return to school refreshed, inspired, and equipped with new knowledge and skills.
Our Student Care Timetable
Crafted to cultivate positive habits, our meticulously planned weekly schedule offers a safe and structured environment, nurturing every facet of your child’s development journey.
Our centres are open from 7 am to 7 pm during specified school holidays, including March, June, September, November, December, as well as Marking Days and E-Learning Days.

There are currently no subsidies available.
A transfer from one PlayFACTO School centre to another PlayFACTO School is possible, however this will require you to withdraw your child from the first centre, and re-register them at the second. There may be some fees involved.
Over 70% of our centres are currently on waitlist. Please let us know which centre you are keen on.
Full day Student Care is available only during the school holidays, which follows the local MOE school’s timetable. There are additional fees for full day sessions.
PlayFACTO School Student Care programme typically caters to primary school students children between the ages of 7 to 12.
We offer a range of services including homework coaching, enrichment activities, healthy and nutritious meals, and indoor/outdoor activities.
Yes our meals are halal certified.
Yes, you may sign up for Student Care solely during the school holidays. However, this depends on the specific centres and vacancies available at that centre.
Flexi Care and ad hoc Student Care options are available, however this depends on the specific centres and vacancies available at that centre.
Most of our PlayFACTO School centres have some transport options available for schools in the area. We would require our specific centres to advise on the options available. If transport is available, it will be a separate charge to the Student Care fees.
Lunch and tea break meals are provided to all students.
