At PlayFACTO Creative Math™, we firmly believe in the power of learning through play. When children find joy in the learning process, they naturally become more engaged and motivated to excel. We've seen numerous instances where children transitioned from regarding math as boring to embracing it as immensely enjoyable.

Our goal is to instill a genuine passion for math in every child, motivating them to strive for academic excellence and embrace the learning journey wholeheartedly.

While numbers are an integral part of mathematics, our Creative Math™ programme encompass a much broader spectrum of concepts. From shapes, sizes, and positions to patterns, capacity, fractions, and beyond, we delve into various mathematical principles across different levels of our programme.

Moreover, our classes go beyond mere numerical understanding. We prioritise the holistic development of children, nurturing critical thinking skills, fostering social-emotional development, building confidence, promoting perseverance, and enhancing motor skills. By offering a comprehensive curriculum, we ensure that children not only excel in mathematics but also develop a well-rounded set of skills crucial for their overall growth and success.

At PlayFACTO Creative Math™, our approach centres around the philosophy of learning through play. We ensure that our classes are not only educational but also enjoyable for children. To keep our young learners engaged, we incorporate storytelling, hands-on manipulatives, and social collaborative games into our lessons. These interactive elements not only make learning fun but also help solidify math concepts in their minds.

Moreover, we understand the energy levels and attention spans of younger children (ages 3-6), so we incorporate singing and dancing into our classes as well. This dynamic approach not only makes learning enjoyable but also helps build motor skills and enhances their overall learning experience. By offering a variety of engaging activities, we create an environment where children can actively participate and stay focused throughout the class.

While our curriculum covers approximately 80-90% of the concepts taught in the MOE syllabus, it is important to note that PlayFACTO Creative Math™ is an enrichment programme. As such, we do not strictly adhere to the MOE syllabus schedule. Our programme may introduce higher-level concepts beyond the typical grade level. For instance, in our Monthly Level 1 classes, primarily focusing on P1 concepts, students may encounter some P2 concepts as well. Similarly, Monthly Level 2 classes may incorporate elements from P3-P4 concepts. We strive to provide a comprehensive and enriching math education experience that goes beyond traditional curriculum constraints.

At PlayFACTO Kids, we maintain an intimate class setting with a maximum of 6 students, fostering personalised attention and interactive learning. For our Monthly programme, classes accommodate up to 8 students, ensuring a dynamic and engaging educational experience.

Our Creative Math™ program is tailored for children aged 3 to 10 years old, encompassing a broad spectrum of developmental stages and learning needs within this range.
