Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What age group does Play Group cater to?

We welcome children from 18 months to 3 years old to enjoy our tailor made program and interactive spaces.

Where are our Play Group centres located?

We have two awesome Play Group locations. Our first location, which opened in 2016, is located in (Serangoon North Ave 4) and (Oasis Terraces).

Are siblings allowed in Play Group?

If siblings are older than 3 years old, we ask that they do not join us in the space given the materials, set up, environment and age of the children in attendance. For siblings under 3, we absolutely encourage their involvement, either by enrolling for our playgroup session with another accompanying adult.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. Your first child receives a sibling discount of 10% and your second and subsequent siblings pay the full price.

Do we need to bring anything for the Play Group?

Our rooms are fully air-conditioned. As such, a cardigan and a pair of socks for you and your child. A water bottle for your child in the event they get thirsty after play. We do have a hot & cold water dispenser. 🙂

Is the Play Group parent or carer accompanied?

Yes. A parent or nominated carer must accompany all children in our Play Rooms at all times. Tiny tots are flourish when they have the support of a familiar face. They are more enthusiastic to play and explore for longer, giving time for deeper learning, when they are happy and secure. Parents and carers also enjoy the freedom and warmth of our space, seeing children thrive in an environment that is safe, secure and inspiring.

How many adults are allowed to accompany each child during the session?

We encourage one adult carer to join each child. However, we understand sometimes you may have visitors, so please do inform us in advance if this is the case. We do have a maximum of 2 adults per child.

What are the operating hours? Are you open during school holiday?

We do not operate during school holidays as we run full day student care programmes. All our playgroup programmes start from 9am – 11am. Exact days and opening times do vary however and specific information will be available and distributed prior to each public holiday or school break. We also recommend you join our Facebook page to keep in the loop regarding Play Group information.

Is food allowed in Play Group?

We have a strict no food policy in our Play Rooms (water bottles welcome) however we understand hungry tummies need attention, and comfortable designated waiting areas exist in our centres for such an occasion. We also warmly welcome breastfeeding mothers to enjoy the comfort of these spaces.
