Graphic & Social Media Design Intern

Remuneration : $600 – $800

PlayFACTO School is the largest, award-winning Student Care & Enrichment Brand in Singapore with 38 centres island-wide.
As a Graphic & Social Media Design Intern working with the marketing team, you will be required to create visuals and assets for advertising, emailers, social media, flyers, banners and more, as well as bring fresh and creative ideas to the table. 

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic design
  • Create creative content for marketing collaterals such as flyers & emailers.
  • Design posts for social media & advertising. 
  • Keep up to date with industry changes and the latest in social media design. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree or experience in design. 
  • A keen eye for aesthetics. 
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Able to turn around designs quickly.
  • Able to work independently, methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Web Development platforms WIX, WordPress & Shopify advantageous but not required.

Selected candidate with outstanding performance may be considered to be converted into a full time role.

Teacher @ PlayFACTO School

Location: Islandwide

Roles and Responsibility

  • Plan and conduct both indoor and outdoor activities for primary school students
  • Supervision primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework
  • Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre
  • Ensure the safety of children in class
  • Fetching students from nearby schools
  • Regular liaison with parents and caregivers to provide feedback on children’s behavioural and learning progress
  • Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene of centre premises
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head

Requirements

  • Able to guide primary school subjects.
  • Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
  • Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
  • Love children and the learning process
  • Have experience in teaching children, preferably at the primary level
  • Possess a passion for nurturing children
  • Experience in working with children is preferred. Those without experience may also apply as training will be provided.

Chinese Teacher @ PlayFACTO School

Location: Islandwide

Roles and Responsibility

Enrichment Trainer @ PlayFACTO School

Location: Islandwide

Roles and Responsibility

  • Conduct math and coding lessons with enthusiasm
  • Contextualise training programme for learners
  • Conduct & review the progress of learners
  • Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians of students’ learning progress
  • Evaluate and update accurate records of student’s progress
  • Able to commit on weekdays’ afternoon or weekend mornings
  • 1 trainer to 10 students max, minimum 2 students
  • Free Training Provided

Requirements

  • Degree in any field / Diploma in any field / GCE A-Level
  • 21 years old and above
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for nurturing children
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
  • Exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges
  • Have experience in teaching children
  • Experience in working with children is preferred.
    Those without experience may be considered for the Assistant Trainer Role

Centre Head @ PlayFACTO School

Location: Islandwide

Roles and Responsibility

  • Implement quality standards for all programmes in the centre
  • Manage staff performance
  • Oversee staff development, training and mentorship programmes.
  • Drive recruitment strategy
  • Oversee student enrolment for the centre
  • Build a positive network with parents and stakeholders
  • Conduct daily health checks with students at the door when necessary
  • Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
  • Ensure the safety of children within the premises
  • Report enrolment, staffing and financial data to management
  • Conduct stocktake and restocking of supplies
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma-Holder and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
  • Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premise
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of activities
  • Provide basic care for students in dropping and picking up service from school
  • Prepare snacks and simple meals for children
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Head
